It's chili season, and here's a recipe with a twist! It's spicy AND sweet. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 cups ground turkey
2 cans beans (drained and rinsed)
1 diced onion
2.5 oz. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can whole cranberry sauce
2 cups tomato sauce
3/4 cup salsa
How To:
In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute onion with oil or butter until onion is translucent. Add turkey. Once meat is cooked, add tomato sauce, salsa, cranberry sauce, chili seasoning, garlic salt, and beans. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered for an hour, stirring occasionally.
