Registration Forms & Payment

Please submit one registration form per person in order to attend a workshop/event. Full payment is due at the time of registration in order to reserve your seat in the program.

Non-Refundable Administrative Fee

All workshop and event fees include a non-refundable administrative fee of $5.

 

Enrollment

Workshops/events are limited in size and contingent upon adequate enrollment. 

 

Cancellations

If a workshop/event needs to be cancelled due to weather or an unforeseeable event, participants will be notified as early as possible by email and text.

Refund Policy

• Withdrawal occurs 2 weeks or more prior to date of workshop/event:  Full refund, minus administrative fee

• Withdrawal occurs within 1 to 2 weeks prior to date of workshop/event:  Partial refund;  administrative fee is retained

• Withdrawal occurs less than 1 week prior to date of workshop/event:  No refund

All supplies are provided unless noted otherwise.
